World’s Tallest Durga idol at Deshapriya Park with Guinness Book Record

If you are planning for Puja Parikrama for this year Durga Puja in Kolkata and if you already have made the list of Pandals for hopping, put Deshapriya Park at top of the list. Don’t miss it as you can see world’s tallest Durga idol there.

It is the 80 feet tall fibre glass made Durga idol which is created by over 40 artists lead by Mintu Pal. They were working on the idol for over two months. More than 50 lakhs had been spent on the idol

The organizers already have written to the Guinness Book for World Reconds for listing it as world’s tallest Durga idol.
